Preheat oven to 300°F/150°C. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone liner and set aside.
Combine dry ingredients (rolled oats, puffed rice cereal, quinoa, and salt) in a medium bowl. In a measuring cup or small bowl, combine wet ingredients (oil, maple syrup, and egg white) and whisk to combine. Pour wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until everything has been evenly coated.
