Ingredients
  • 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 1/4 cup carob powder
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp water
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  2. Serve with rice crackers, spread on toast, or just spoon it straight into your mouth!
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days (if it lasts that long).
