These easy meatballs are an easy weeknight meal that make for great additions to pretty much everything. Whether you decide to eat them as is or put them atop some sautéed cabbage and make it a wrap, your tastebuds (and family) will thank you.

Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone liner. Set aside.

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and mix with hands until everything is incorporated. Roll into meatballs — I get anywhere from 12-15. Place on prepared baking sheet.

Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through, being careful not to brown or overcook.
