Satisfy your sweet tooth AND get more fiber into your diet with these Fudgy FAILSAFE black bean brownies. Who knew eating brownies could be so good for you!

Ingredients
  • 1 (15 oz) can black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 3 large large eggs
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup carob powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup carob chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C. Grease an 8×8-inch glass baking dish with safe oil.
  2. Place beans, eggs, oil, carob powder, salt, and maple syrup in a food processor and blend until smooth. Stir in carob chips.
  3. Pour batter into your prepared baking dish and bake for 35 minutes, or until la toothpick inserted into the comes out clean.
  4. Cool completely before cutting into squares. Store in the refrigerator.
