If you’re looking for a way to turn the flavor up on your chicken, I have the recipe for you. These maple garlic chicken thighs are bursting with flavor and are so tender and juicy, you’ll never want to have chicken any other way.

Ingredients
  • 6 chicken thighs ((or 4 chicken breasts))
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp citric acid
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced (approximately 1 clove)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F/230°C for chicken thighs and 375°F/190°C for breasts. Place chicken in a large glass baking dish and set aside.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients (oil, maple syrup, citric acid, garlic, and salt) in a small bowl or measuring cup and stir to combine. Pour over the chicken and let sit for 15-20 minutes.
     
  3. Bake chicken for 20-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F/75°C.
