Tender, juicy, and full of flavor, this oven cooked steak is sure to be a family favorite.
Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack overtop. Spray or brush with canola oil.
Place steaks on the wire rack and sprinkle with liberally with salt. Next, sprinkle with garlic (don’t overdo it, though). Rub it in.
Place in the oven and cook for 10 minutes on the first side, turn, and cook for another 10-15 minutes. The longer you cook it, the more well done it will be. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
Slice or serve whole.
