In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk to combine. Add in pearsauce, milk, eggs, and maple syrup and stir to combine.
3 Distribute batter evenly between muffin liners (will be pretty full).
4 Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire wrack before storing in an airtight container or freezing.
