  1. Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone liner and set aside.
  2. Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Pour onto prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and the chicken is no longer pink inside. Serve hot!
