This is hands down THE BEST all-purpose gluten free flour blend I’ve ever used. Shared with permission from Silvana Nardone of Silvana’s Kitchen.

Ingredients
  • 870 g white rice flour
  • 375 g tapioca flour (or starch)
  • 246 g potato starch (NOT potato flour)
  • 17 g xanthan gum
  • 10 g salt
Instructions
  1. Using a kitchen scale, measure out each ingredient. Whisk to combine. Store in an airtight container.
