Drain and rinse the beans and transfer to a small or medium sized mixing bowl. Add in green onion.

In a measuring cup or small dish, mix together oil, water, citric acid, sugar, garlic, and salt. Stir to combine.

Pour dressing over the beans and let stand for 15-60 minutes. Enjoy!
