Combine all ingredients into a small bowl and stir to combine.

Best a small skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tbsp canola oil and pour about 1/4 cup batter into the pan. Cook about 2-3 minutes per side or until it begins to turn golden brown on the edges. Transfer to a plate.

Continue to cook flat bread in 1/4 cup increments, adding oil to the pan as necessary.

Serve with shredded chicken, steak, or another other topping you like. Also great as a side dish.
