Description

Inspired by a recipe from Giada De Laurentiis, this FAILSAFE white bean dip is perfect for dipping veggies or your favorite crackers.

Ingredients
  • 1 (15 oz) can cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic (minced (1 clove))
  • 1/4 tsp citric acid
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Enjoy with crackers, veggies (celery, carrots if you can…) or as a spread on toast/sandwiches.

  2. For an extra fun twist: Take 1-2 tbsp of the bean dip and thin with water (1-2 tbsp or until desired texture) for a fun sauce to use with whatever you’re eating. I just had some on top of a chicken burger and it was glorious!
